By participating in any class, session, or offering with Jamison Goodnight, whether live or on-demand, you agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in yoga, meditation, dance, and/or other movement-based practices offered by Jamison Goodnight is entirely voluntary and involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks of injury or discomfort.
Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any movement, exercise, or wellness program. I affirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate in such activities. I understand that I am participating at my own risk.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Jamison Goodnight from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, or damages for personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in any class or offering. This includes classes conducted online via Zoom, pre-recorded content, or any other format.
Modifications and Self-Regulation
I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. Instructions and cues provided are suggestions only, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consent to Terms
By enrolling in or attending any class, I affirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
